Join the successful family of 41 dealerships and watch your career grow! *Collections Representative Responsibilities: * • Collections Portfolio Account Management • Help ensure branch compliance • Demonstrate a high level of Customer service • Grow Customer retention by assisting/counseling customers to make on-time payments • Update customer information and keep customer records clean and relevant *Collections Representative Requirements: * • 2 years of Collections or Customer Retention Experience preferred • Problem solving experience preferred • Excellent Communication skills • Great customer service and computer skills • You must be personally driven and motivated for success!
