*Brilliant General Maintenance* is seeking a Part Time Recruiter/Payroll Assistant to add to our team!
This position is essential for helping create positive employee experiences.
Areas of focus include recruiting, onboarding and orientations, processing a bi-weekly payroll and managing some accounts payable.
The position requires a comfort level with decision making, problem solving, communication, and confidentiality.
*Recruiting:* The position is responsible for _most_ aspects of the full recruiting cycle within the company, from posting open positions to hiring and conducting new hire orientations.
*Payroll: *Processing a bi-weekly payroll, which includes managing employee timecards, time off requests and working in the ADP payroll system.
*Accounts Payable: *Processing incoming invoices in Quickbooks and processing payments on time.
Looking for someone who is/has:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Self starter and ability to multi-task
· Proficient in Microsoft applications and Google documents
· Ability to learn and understand company policies and legal applications
*Physical Demands (Job Setting):*
* Bending, walking, lifting, standing, able to go up/downstairs.

* 1-3 years Recruiting Experience
* Bilingual (Spanish)
* Janitorial industry experience
