The collection recovery position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($35,000 - $45,000 includes bonus) as well as future growth potential.

This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company’s relationship.
This position does require being out in the field to either obtain past due payments or recovering our products.
Requirements / Responsibilities:
* Contact customers by phone and text whose agreements have expired
* Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts
* Contact references on expired accounts
* Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
* Handle field collections and de-installations
* Complete 25 calls per hour
* Valid Drivers License
