Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts receivable functions including creating invoices, processing payments, and follow-up with customers, mortgage companies and insurance companies to collect funds
- Create and maintain new job records completely and accurately, and prepare various project related documents
- Provide support to Project Managers and office teammates
- Provide timely and personable customer support via emails, phone conversations and face-to-face interactions
- Reception responsibilities, including answering phones, data entry and various office duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- 3 or more years administrative experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow projects onset to completion
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and self-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
