Proficiently utilize systems and analytical techniques in support of project budgets, actual costs and expenditures, change management, productivity, forecasting, total indicated cost, Owner and subcontractor invoicing (AIA), associated project accounts receivables and payables, gross margin reports, variance reports, etc

Responsibilities:
Supports efforts in establishing, updating and monitoring multi-project budget and cost control reports (including sub commitments and change orders, general conditions, forecasts, risk analysis, etc.
)
Generate over/under variance reports with supporting analysis
Support efforts in processing and controlling commitments, change management, contingencies and allowances
Prepare and process Owner AIA Invoices, subcontractor pay requests and associated backup documents (i.
e.
, sworn statements, lien waivers, etc.
)
Perform various analytical assessments, where necessary
Manage the cost functions of subcontractor equipment rental program
Collect, Review and submit subcontractor Certified Payrolls
Enter Notice of Subcontract Awards in the OCIP system
Qualifications:
4-year degree in associated area or equivalent professional training and experience
Must be a self-starter, accurate, possess good communication skills;
Must be flexible and capable of multitasking.
Construction accounting experience preferred.
Proficiency with construction accounting software - CMIC and/or Textura preferred.
Experience preferred in Owner Controller Insurance Programs, Subguard, bonds, sales tax, payroll, taxes, insurance, etc.
Willingness to travel
