The Director of Finance for Greenleaf Capital Inc.
will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of Greenleaf Capital Inc.
and will be involved with a myriad of projects that are transformational across the community.

What You'll Be Doing
May include, but not limited to:
Responsible for (along with accounting staff of two) the following for multiple divisions:
Monthly financial statement preparation
Processing vendor invoices and handling accounts payable processing
Managing accounts receivable including invoicing and collections
Assist in gathering, preparing and summarizing financial and tax information for various entities for year-end tax returns/reporting purposes
Oversee preparation of yearly budgets
Maintain fixed asset records for book, tax and personal property returns
Bi-weekly payroll and payroll reporting for approximately 40 employees
Sales and Use Tax reporting and filing
Prepare and review quarterly consolidated Greenleaf Companies financial cash flow forecasts
Financial analysis as needed including performing Return on Investment (ROI) analysis
Supervise Leasing Coordinator for Catalyst properties
Supervise Greenleaf Capital accounting team of two
Assist CFO with special projects
Assist with risk management including employer insurance, enforcing internal controls and safeguarding assets
Identify opportunities to improve business performance and influence business partners to implement and realize those opportunities
Participate and support company wide initiatives as needed
General Position Characteristics:
Detail Orientated - Need to be able to work with large volumes of data to manage and produce accurate work product
Team Player - Need to bring positive energy when dealing with various divisions and contribute to improving internal process, as well as coaching and teaching those processes to those in other divisions
Prioritization of Tasks - Need to be able to prioritize and manage numerous tasks in process and meet deadline expectations
Self Starter - Need to be able to identify opportunities to streamline process to save time and/or increase profitability and make recommendations
What You Need for this Position:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with emphasis on accounting
Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in field
CPA certification preferred
Excellent Computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word
Proficient with General Ledger and Fixed Asset Software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Commercial and Residential Tenant leases is a plus
