We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Daycare Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education.

As an Assistant Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their learning and development.
You will be responsible for planning age-appropriate activities, supervising playtime, assisting with potty training, maintaining a structured daily schedule, and communicating with parents about their child's progress.

Join our team and make a difference in the lives of children every day! *Duties:* * Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare * Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development * Create and maintain a structured daily schedule for the children * Supervise and monitor children during playtime, meals, and naptime * Assist with potty training and personal hygiene routines * Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning environment * Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise in a professional and thoughtful manner * Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment * Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of the children *Skills:* * Experience in toddler care, infant care, or preschool education is preferred * Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and coworkers * Ability to manage a classroom of young children with patience and compassion * Basic understanding of caregiving principles and practices *Additional Requirements:* * Ability to pass background check * Negative TB test * CPR Certification Additional Information: * 90-day probationary period or shorter depending on performance * Pay dependent upon experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
