After School Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum - Teach students using a variety of engaging and interactive methods - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students - Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience - Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior - Utilize behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment - Provide additional support to students who require special education services or tutoring -Complete daily cleaning responsibilities - Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom Qualifications: - Experience working with students in an educational setting (preferred) - Knowledge of childhood development and effective teaching strategies - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - First aid certification (preferred) Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
