Electric chair (Wyngate farms community)

I have a used van seat style Pronto M51 sure step electric wheelchair.
It needs a new battery - it only turns on when plugged in currently.
Also joystick nub fell off but still works and easy to use and or replace cheap - I’ve replaced few times throughout its use.
Wheels, seat, power cord and electrical parts all work and good condition.
Again the current battery no longer works but when plug in you can see turn on and try to charge.
The arms of the chair have wear and tear on outside (see photos) but work.
It’s from squeezing through narrow doorways.
