*POSITION SUMMARY:*
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing bookkeeping, maintaining office supplies and maintaining office machines.
This position also serves as the all duties must be performed in accordance with policies, procedures and standards established by the corporate office while exemplifying the Y values of c_aring, honesty, respect_
_and responsibility_.

*Qualifications*
* High School education or equivalent is required.
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Suite, CircuiTree experience preferred.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Good judgment and ability to prioritize and organize workflow to meet deadlines.
* Mathematical aptitude, ability to analyze data and proof-reading skills a plus.
