Server/Crew Leader

Friendship Village is searching for a full-time Crew Leader to join our team! *Position Summary:* The crew leader is responsible for running the meal period in the absence of the dining room manager or assistant.
*You will, but not limited to…* * Organizes directs and supervises all functions in the main dining room, Café, and employee cafeteria.
* Monitors server performance and resident satisfaction during serving periods.
* Oversees cash handling procedures for the Case and employee meal charges.
* Oversees keeping of resident meal count records, the function of the computerized meal accounting system, and the accurate completion of the month-end meal accounting summaries.
