General Summary Western Michigan University (WMU) invites applications for the position of full-time tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor in Industrial and Entrepreneurial Engineering & Engineering Management Department (IEE & EM) to begin August 2024.
Candidates must have earned a Ph.
D.
in Engineering Management or a related discipline or “All But Dissertation Status” (ABD) with degree completion before the start date from an ABET-accredited institution.

Major Duties Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Engineering Management.
Advise and mentor students.
Obtain external funding.
Develop new courses in his/her field of expertise.
Add expertise in the field of Engineering Management.
Publish results of research in peer-reviewed journals.
Involvement in appropriate service activities to support the department, college, university and discipline.
Minimum Qualifications Ph.
D.
in Engineering Management or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited institution by August 15, 2024.
