JOB DESCRIPTION
*Position:* Program Director

*Purpose of the Role: *The Program Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing all aspects of our program's operations.
This individual will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of our programs in alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Program Development and Planning: *Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet organizational objectives.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess program needs and identify growth opportunities.
* Design and maintain program goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
* Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor program staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting their professional development.
* Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Budget and Resource Management: *Manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.

* Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.
* Seek funding opportunities, grants, and sponsorships to support program growth.
* Participant Engagement and Support: Ensure high-quality program delivery that meets the needs and expectations of participants.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with program participants, providing support and addressing concerns.
* Collect and analyze participant feedback to drive program improvements.
* Compliance and Reporting: *Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

* Prepare and submit reports to funders, donors, and board members as required.
* Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
* Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with community partners, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
* Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to promote program visibility and collaboration.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in program management, including budgeting and staff supervision.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of the specific area or industry related to the program's focus (if applicable).
* Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
* Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
* Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with special needs (if applicable).
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for program management and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,579.
71 - $45,257.
