We are a fast paced, family, and late night oriented restaurant chain; aimed at serving fast, fresh food while achieving a genuine positive experience for the customer.
As a local chain, serving unique grilled tortilla wraps to an audience of curious, and hungry people can be challenging.

You can expect to maintain a certain atmosphere at Two Fellas Grill, both for the customers and the employees, as a shift manager you will focus on things like:
* Hourly touches in the bathroom and lobby
* Cleaning hands and key areas in the kitchen every 15min
* PG13 music and conversations
* Free wrap per shift for every employee
* 30min paid break for doubles
As a Shift Manager at Two Fellas Grill, it is your responsibility to push the business forward for the customer and the employee, by running the show for the General Manager, some examples of this are:
* Handling high volume rushes during the peak hours
* Labor control to meet the needs of the volume
* Shift change and cash handling
* Accountability of the on shift employees
* Customer relations before, during, and after an order
