We are looking for individuals who have that same passion and would like to join us this season working as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader / Snow Removal Crew Member.
This person must show they have a positive attitude, work/act professionally, pursue excellence in all they do, and work well within a team.
The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for leading their crew to completion of quality lawn maintenance projects in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.
This position works as a member of the crew and directs the activities of one or more members at a job site.
LAWN MAINTENANCE CREW - PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
Directing and developing crews to ensure professional quality work is performed.
Mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup and other maintenance tasks.
Operating a variety of industry specific equipment and ensuring safety and care of equipment.
Direct interaction, as needed, with the customer or the on-site representative.
Valid driver's license.
2+ years’ experience operating industry standard equipment - mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.
Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
SNOWPLOW OPERATOR / CREW - PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
Ensures that all services are completed within the appropriate time, to customer specifications and company standards.
Knowledge of snow specific equipment and material is beneficial.
Must be on-time and dependable throughout the entire season.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be available to work when called up, and available for overnight, on-call work from October through April, or majority of season (dates are dependent on the weather).
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including cold temperatures, ice, and snow.
Operate trucks with front/back plows, salting trucks as well as heavy equipment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Starting Wage: Based on experience.
Time and a half over 40 hours.
