’ We are looking for individuals who have that same passion and would like to join us this season working as a BeautyScapes Crew Leader.
This person must show they have a positive attitude, work/act professionally, pursue excellence in all they do, and work well within a team.
The BeautyScapes Crew Leader is responsible for leading their crew to completion of quality enhancements of landscaped areas in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.
This position works as a member of the crew and directs the activities of one or more members at a job site.
Responsibilities:
Directing and developing crews to ensure professional quality work is performed.
Weeding, edging, pruning, mulching, cleanup and other maintenance tasks.
Planting shrubs/flowers and other small landscape projects.
Operating a variety of industry specific equipment and ensuring safety and care of equipment.
Direct interaction, as needed, with the customer or the on-site representative.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license.
1+ years’ experience operating industry standard equipment - pruners, blowers, trimmers, etc.
Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Starting Wage: Based on experience.
Time and a half over 40 hours.
