Work Schedule:
Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week.
Requirements:
The Director of Mental Health and Substance Abuse services provides direction and coordination of Mental Health services, providers, and staff.
Develops and implements strategic plans to grow and maintain, and structure mental health services, and collaborates in a process of integrated care with other medical team members to strengthen the overall health and wellness of patients.
Collaborates with Medical Director, department leaders and directors, providers, and executives for program planning and coordination, process improvement, and strategic planning and goal setting in relation to behavioral health services and integrated care.
Communicate and work closely with outreach team and school base clinics.
Participates in agency community events, including events specific to integrated care and mental health.
This position will include provision of services and interaction with patients, within scope of practice.
Requirements
Master’s degree in relevant field (such as psychology, social work)
Relevant licensure (e.
g.
LCSW, LPC or equivalent)
Extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse services.
Substance abuse certification preferred
