Is looking to hire a full-time Office Manager for a MSHDA, Tax Credit development in Kalamazoo, MI.
The Office Manager will have various duties relating to helping management and maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:
Responsible for helping Resident Manager with all day-to-day operations for property management including meeting occupancy/service/financial/compliance goals for MSHDA/Tax Credit community.
Duties: Helping with leasing and renewals, data entry in compliance software, lease enforcement, developing schedules, maintaining positive relationships with residents and guests, resident retention activities, participation in and follow up for governmental inspections/audits, maintaining community and preventative maintenance, maintenance of curb appeal, communication with home office/local and state governmental officials, and timely submission of reports.
