Maintenance Technician- Property Management

Gardner Management Company, a locally-owned real estate development and management company established in 1980, is recognized as one of the largest professional property management firms in Michigan.
We are looking for a skilled maintenance person to service our properties in the Southwest Michigan area.
Duties include general maintenance, HVAC work, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry work.
The ideal candidate will possess problem solving and customer service skills and the ability to use or learn to use a software app for time/project tracking.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general maintenance preferred.
HVAC, plumbing or electrical licensing is a plus.
