We are professional and our goal is to Locally owned and operated, North Woods Village memory care assisted living communities are designed and developed solely for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments.

The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the life enrichment activities designed to encourage resident socialization, improve daily living skills, expand personal interests and increase the physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and psychological well-being of the residents.
* Assesses individual/group resident needs and develops related meaningful programs
* Ensures programs are available throughout the day, evenings, and weekends
* Coordinated, directs and/or conducts all planned activities
* Demonstrates and leads exercise program for residents
* Directly supervises the Life Enrichment associates and volunteers
* Participates in leadership weekend and holiday rotation
