Child Welfare Program Director (LMSW/LLMSW Required)

*Responsibilities:* - Conduct assessments and investigations to determine the safety and well-being of children in need of protection - Develop and implement case plans to address the needs of children and families - Provide counseling and support services to families involved in the child welfare system - Collaborate with community resources and service providers to ensure access to necessary support services - Monitor and evaluate progress towards achieving case plan goals - Prepare reports and documentation for court hearings and other legal proceedings - Advocate for the best interests of children in court and other settings - Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed *Requirements* * Bachelor’s level degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology or other relevant behavioral science area from an accredited college with at least five (5) years of progressive employment experience with a social services or childcare agency or organization; * Master’s level degree in Human Services, Social Work or equivalent field of study from and accredited college with at least two (2) years of experience in program administration at a child welfare agency, preferred; * Active Child Welfare Certification in the state of the work location, preferred; * Bilingual Spanish/English fluency or other common languages spoken by refugee and immigrant populations, strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.
