This position will lead, manage and expand the service operations across all trades in both our Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids service areas.
The Customer Solutions Manager will improve the customer experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
The position will be full service for mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, Temperature Controls and electrical.
