Sprout Early Care & Preschool is a small business located in Kalamazoo and Otsego, MI.

Our center is open from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Hours may vary due to needs of the center.

Requirements:
-CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Ability to pass a fingerprint background check
- Preschool Child Development Associate (Preferred)
- Minimum 1-year experience working with children
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
-Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the well-being of all children & have a passion to work with children
-Possess a high school diploma
-Be able to kneel, squat, lift, bend, and carry children of various sizes and weights
-Have reliable transportation
-Ability to work at a fast pace
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.
00 - $16.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
