Ark Services for Youth - Supervisor, Youth Independent Living

Provide leadership and supervision of Youth Independent Living case managers, volunteers and interns.
Provide quality services to youth and families.
Develop relationships with various community leaders to promote CCDOK services.
Promote the mission of Catholic Charities and positive working relationships among staff.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; or related Bachelor's Degree and 4 years’ experience in social service work.
* Experience in a supervisory role, preferred.
*OTHER:* * Must have a valid driver's license with less than 6 points and proof of current automobile insurance for bodily injury liability coverage for at least $500,000 combined single limit.
* Commitment to positive youth development.
* Ability to build positive, sustained relationships with youth and their families as well as with employees.
* Strong engagement and de-escalation skills.
* Commitment to increasing community awareness of Catholic Charities' services.
* Knowledge of and ability to follow the code of ethics for the applicable profession.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,840.
00 - $52,000.
