Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel or similar establishment.
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage financial transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory control.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
