* The Supervisor of Enhanced Foster Care provides support and leadership to case managers/case assistant teams that provide services for children and families on an assigned caseload in accordance with all applicable contractual and regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Program Overview: The Enhanced Treatment Foster Care (ETFC) pilot is a family-based service providing individualized treatment for children in general foster care who present with intensive behavioral or emotional needs.
Targeted support for children with difficult behaviors.

Provides support and leadership to case managers/case assistant teams that provide services for children and families on an assigned caseload in accordance with all applicable contractual and regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide on-going leadership and support to staff.
Partner with Human Resources in talent acquisition and retention efforts.
Assist in preparation and implementation of relevant professional development, training and performance management Facilitate and or lead program related team meetings Assure all contract foster care service requirements are met.
This includes but is not limited to child contact, birth parent/family planning contact, foster parent contact, sibling contact and parenting time requirements are met as outlined in the EFC (Enhanced Foster Care) or ETFC (Enhanced Treatment Foster Care) Contract Coordinate the intake process and assignment of new cases to social service staff in accordance with caseload ratios as outlined in the EFC or ETFC contract Provide regular supervision to assigned staff to ensure delivery of services in accordance with established policies and procedures, including the EFC or ETFC contract Provide direct service as needed to ensure continuous agency supervision and service provision to clients, EFC or ETFC Parents, birth parents/caregivers as required by licensing and funding bodies Ensure accurate and completion of all reports and assignments required by the WMPC and/or EFC or ETFC contract and program statement Job Qualifications: Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification: Enhanced Foster Care (EFC): Master’s Degree in a human service field and a minimum of two years’ experience in the placement/treatment of children and families preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a qualifying Human Services field and at least three years’ experience required.
Enhanced Treatment Foster Care (ETFC): Master’s Degree in a human service field and a minimum of two years’ experience in the placement/treatment of children and families.
Must be qualified to provide clinical supervision to the Enhanced Foster Care Clinical Case Manager.
Experience: Experience in family-centered, strength-based programs, i.
e.
the mental health field or wraparound strongly preferred.
Experience in providing supervision to staff that provide child welfare and/or behavioral health services OR has worked in the ETFC or Enhanced Foster Care (EFC) program for a minimum of 1 year.
Additional Work Requirements: Required to participate in a system of 24 hour availability to clients, foster and adoptive parents, and staff, as required.
Unrestricted, valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Reliable personal transportation suitable for safely transporting persons served; proof of current automobile insurance.
