*Position Overview:* We are currently seeking a motivated, responsible, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Pest & Wildlife Management Specialist within our growing team.
This position entails managing and servicing territories within and around Kalamazoo, specializing in the humane handling, prevention, and elimination of nuisance wildlife.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
*Essential Job Duties:* - Perform detailed inspections and assessments to identify wildlife issues within a 35-mile radius of Kalamazoo, MI.
- Create and execute effective strategies for wildlife and pest resolution, prioritizing professionalism and efficiency.
- Use company vehicles and equipment for client visits, maintaining flexibility in scheduling, which varies seasonally.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion through new client acquisition and enhanced services for existing clients.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry knowledge, licensing, and safety standards.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure the well-being of self and others.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicles.
- Exhibit professionalism and courteousness in all interactions.
- Work independently, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to changes and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and comply with industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicle inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to provide unparalleled service, reflecting our quality and customer satisfaction commitment.

-At least six months of experience in route management, sales, customer service, or account management.
-Proficient with computer and mobile-based applications.
- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous record-keeping skills.

- Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Capable of lifting heavy items and equipment.
- Local travel willingness (majority within Kalamazoo).
- Flexible working hours: typically M-F 8am-5pm, with some variability.
