Security Supervisor

*\*Must have a clean driving record\** *Shifts Available * 2nd shift: 3:30pm-11:30pm 3rd shift 11:30pm-7:30am *Daily Responsibilities:* - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel - Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems - Respond to emergencies and incidents, including providing first aid if necessary - Enforce company policies and procedures - Train and mentor team members - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or issues - Ensure all team members are using PPE equipment at all times on the production floor.
- Maintain accurate records and reports *Skills:* -Strong computer knowledge and skills - *CPR and First Aid certification* - Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation - Experience in loss prevention or security management - Ability to handle conflict situations effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and strong observation skills - *Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations* - Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and protocols related to security *\*Must be able to work weekend\** _Are you ready for an opportunity with a company that values you and your community's safety?_ *Come join our team - Training provided!* *Apply Now!
