What you’ll be doing
Supporting the Residential Program Coordinator with daily operations of the program.
Coordinate staff schedules to maintain appropriate building ratios, ensuring timely availability of schedules to staff, and scheduling regular staff meetings.
Support the Program Coordinator/Supervisor in hiring, training, orienting, and mentoring staff.
Manage inventory and program equipment, and miscellaneous supplies as required.
Handle errands to the bank, post office, corporate office, etc.

Provide direct care as necessary, actively working the floor when required.
Anticipated Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm varying on the needs of the program (flexible schedule)
Participate in on call rotation schedule, typically occurring one week every fourth week, from Monday-Sunday
On Call Compensation rates
Additional $251 for on-call duty
Job Requirements
Associate’s degree in a medical field preferred.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Two years working in TBI setting is preferred.
