*Main Responsibilities: *
Includes but not limited to:
Identifies, analyzes and offers solutions related to quality to facilitate the workflow and ensure specification compliance.
Timely updates and the implementation of VSWI’s, while conducting training sessions for operators in order to meet quality standards.
internal audits to ensure the implementation and monitoring of quality standards, both on current products, finished products, processes and work procedures.
Check the specifications of raw materials; raise non-compliant issues with management.
Review the returns of non-conforming products as per the RGA return process and take corrective actions.
Transmits the relevant information to the relevant departments
Performs scrap and defect monitoring and reports issues to the production team.
Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information from defects in the system and audits/ facilitate action plan (DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY).
Conducts non-conformance meeting on a weekly/Bi-weekly basis and documents corrective action and personnel accountable to complete tasks.
Verifies the reliability of measuring instruments ( gages, and tools) to ensure the validation of controls and take the necessary action when measuring instruments are not reliable.
Works closely with cross functional teams across ABG when required.
Works closely with the production department, manufacture molds, and maintenance.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and lead Quality Clinics ( training programs).
Participate in ECR ( Engineering Change Request) process such as initiating changes or changes due to non-compliant thus avoiding repetitive non-conformity.
Primary person responsible for maintaining, distributing and organizing all and any documentation related to Quality within the Plant.
Responds to various requests from the customer service and technical service.
Subsequently, sees appropriate solutions to address the issues raised with a team-based approach.
Audit the condition of Molds and inform the mold maintenance supervisor on molds needing immediate attention (DAILY).
Customer Visits as required.
