The Catalina 30 (1975) is a very roomy cruiser for its size.
The main cabin is very open with a galley and lots of storage.
She boasts a dinette and a large settee.
A large V-berth cabin is forward, with a comfortable stateroom aft.
The interior cushions are in good condition.
It is one of the most popular cruising sailboats ever built.
The boat is in good condition and only needs regular spring maintenance.
Was sailed all last summer.
Selling for health related reasons.
3 sails included.
It has a Harken Furler, 135% headsail, mainsail, and a spinnaker.
The sails are in fair to good condition and will last several seasons.
The jib has about a 2ft.
tear along one seam that is repaired but it could use the attention of a sail maker for about $200.
Inboard Atomic Four gas engine, runs well and well maintained with new alternator.
The gear box could use some adjustment but worked fine last year as is.
The gas gauge needs rewiring or replacement.
New house battery and new starter battery last season
