Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and customer service
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms with potential clients
- Provide sales administration support, including processing applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate policy issuance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Proficient in sales administration tasks, such as processing applications and renewals
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and telemarketing strategies
