In this role, our clients will look to you as an advisor to assist them in finding the right insurance solutions.
Additionally, you will be expected to use your leadership skills to manage a small team of insurance professionals and utilize your excellent relationship-building talents to create confidence with our clients and develop new ones.

As an Office Manager- Insurance Sales Representative, your duties include reaching sales goals, cultivating customer relationships, and leading our staff to provide remarkable service quality.
A Property and Casualty License, insurance experience, and the ability to shake off rejection are required.
Base pay for a licensed, experienced individual for this position is a negotiable draw based off experience in the industry.
Experienced candidates will also be able to get commission and end of year bonuses.
