The Automotive BDC Representative / Appointment Setter is responsible for making sales appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s sales and credit building experience.

We’ll help you build your credit and get you on your way!_ *Your Responsibilities:* · Answer all incoming phone calls and emails with the goal of scheduling appointments.
· Make outbound calls, generate sales leads and log all customer comments.
· Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
· Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
· Schedule future contact as needed.
· Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
· Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
· Respond to customer website requests.
· Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule a sales appointment You will work 5 days, 40 hours, with one day off during the week.
Monday – 10a – 8p Tuesday – 10a-6p Wednesday – 10a – 6p Thursday – 10a-6p Friday – 10a – 8p Saturday – 10a-4p *We pay hourly wages, plus bonuses on sales, so rev up your engines to help yourself, while helping others!* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,000.
