* Commission draw in place for the first year of employment *Paid Training: Next training class- 03/18/2024 * * Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center _(hotel stay provided)_.
In- clinic training will follow.
*Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:* * Consult with prospective patients.
Learn and understand their weight loss goals and habits and design one of MWLC’s programs to meet their needs.
* Conduct daily visits with existing patients.
Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation where necessary for maximum benefit of the program.
* Educate patients on various company products that will enhance their success.
* Oversee clinic staff.
Delegate daily tasks for optimum clinic performance.
Audit patient charts for service opportunities.
* Set sales and service goals for the clinic and staff.
Communicate said expectations and coach and develop staff to achieve goals.
* Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed and completed properly.
Ensure that clinic remains OSHA compliant.
*Clinic Manager Qualifications:* * Must have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition and be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, as well as maintaining a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices.
* Experience in Sales and Management.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Be goal oriented and can motivate others to achieve goals.
* Possess active listening skills that are essential to develop customized strategies per individual needs.
* Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patient’s needs.
*Clinic hours of operation:* Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm *\*Must be available every other Saturday\** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
