*Job Summary:* We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing a designated book of business, handling various aspects including quoting, claim resolution, billing discrepancies, reporting, enrollments, agreements, and more.
Additionally, you will play a key role in responding to client inquiries, maintaining documentation of communication in the Agency Management System, and mantaining Client Benefit Admin Systems.
