*POSITION SUMMARY*
The Sales Arborist will play a key role in helping us continue to grow our business by
developing and maintaining long term customer relationships.
They will be responsible for visiting client properties, assessing their tree care needs, and providing scientific tree care recommendations.

*PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES*
* Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
* Oversee the execution of signed contracts, ensuring that work is performed to the client's satisfaction
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain competitive in the market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Develop a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
* Manage all outsourced functions
* Monitor the accounting operations of subsidiary entities, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.
* Develop professionally by remaining aware of new state and federal regulations, participating in educational opportunities, and reading professional publications
* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*
Certification or training in sales or related areas is a plus.
Continuous education and professional development in sales techniques, industry trends, and market analysis are encouraged.
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
