We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an eCommerce Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
* Assist customers in selecting products by providing expert advice and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line, including features, benefits, and installation processes of boat lifts and docks.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and service.
* Manage and update product listings on the website, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Work closely with the managment team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
* Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the marine industry, especially related to boat lifts and docks.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in retail sales and customer service; experience in eCommerce is a plus.
* *Strong preference for candidates with experience in the marine industry, specifically with knowledge of boat lifts and docks.
*
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
* Positive attitude and capacity to work well under pressure
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
* Proficient in the use of eCommerce platforms, CRM software, and Google Suite.
* Experience with Quickbooks desktop / enterprise software a plus
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma required; college degree or relevant certifications in business, marketing, supply chain, or marine-related fields a plus.
