We are Southwest Michigan’s largest marine and powersports dealership and represent over a dozen brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Ryker and Yamaha.
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Video/Content Creator to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about powersports and marine products and possess a strong creative vision for developing engaging video content.
As a Video/Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our products, services, and brand through compelling visual storytelling and ads across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality video content, including product showcases, tutorials, reviews, event coverage, and promotional campaigns.
* Scripting and Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards that align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
* Filming and Editing: Utilize professional video equipment and editing software to capture and edit footage effectively.
* Photography: Capture captivating images of products, events, and dealership activities for use in digital and print marketing materials.
* Social Media: Maintain the dealership's social media channels by regularly creating engaging video and photo content.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales staff, and other departments to coordinate content creation efforts and ensure consistency across all channels.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in video production to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content.
Qualifications:
* Experience in video production and content creation.
* Strong creative vision and the ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute narratives.
Proficiency in operating video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.
).
* Ability to capture high-quality images using professional photography equipment.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional-quality content.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with powersports and marine products a plus but not required.
