SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing & Sales Coordinator with a specialized focus on content development.
This position requires an experienced individual with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving marketing and sales efforts through strategic content creation and distribution.
This is a full time FLSA exempt position.
It requires at least 40 work hours per week with the ability to work more if necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Creation Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to gather information and insights for content development.
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and industry standards.
Marketing Collateral Create and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials in collaboration with Sales Enablement Specialist.
Develop visually appealing and informative content to support sales initiatives and client presentations in collaboration with Sales Enablement Specialist.
Digital Presence Manage and curate content for the company’s website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and reflective of current projects and capabilities.
Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Social Media Management Develop and execute a social media content calendar to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience.
Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales collateral that supports business development efforts in collaboration with Sales Enablement Specialist.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials required for client meetings.
Analytics and Reporting Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Regularly report on content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content development, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in content management systems, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
