*Summary/Objective: *The Business Development Lead will lead the sales and marketing efforts for MDOT projects, local municipality projects, and private agencies.

* Create, maintain, and monitor the local municipality project sales plan.
* Develop, maintain, and monitor a consistent company sales process.
* Address and resolve internal and client queries regarding sales lead issues.
* Schedule, coordinate, and lead regular sales meetings for team staff.

* Prepare submissions according to MDOT proposal bidding forms and processes.
* Prioritize projects and submittal dates in conjunction with Project Manager to ensure adequate staff and resources are available for projects won.
* Report to Leadership Team on proposals including, but not limited to projects identified, submitted, won.
*Key Results Area #4: Manage Marketing Plan and Branding*
* Direct, maintain, and monitor company marketing plan, including but not limited to scheduling social media posts, company website updates, and public relations events.
* Direct, maintain, and monitor company branding standards including but not limited to internal communication documents, external marketing materials, social media and website elements, and public relations events.
* Identify and monitor relevant data feedback sources on social media platforms and implement improvements as indicated.
* Schedule, coordinate, and lead regular marketing meetings for team staff.
