Compensation: $100,000 annually Responsibilities: Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Follow-up with leads to increase sales Following up with leads and maintaining a specified level of conversion rate Providing excellent customer service to clients and a smooth transaction experience Qualifications: Past sales experience is preferred Self-motivation and drive Organized and manages time effectively Technology driven Great communication and social skills Real estate salesperson license in the state of Michigan About Company Michigan Top Producers is a unique and fast-growing real estate brokerage that also acts as a real estate team.
