*Responsibilities* * Greet and direct customers * Provide accurate information (e.

product features, pricing and after-sales services) * Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services * Lead and supervise a team of Brand Ambassadors to achieve sales and promotional goals.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
* Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with management to create and implement marketing campaigns.
* Represent the brand professionally at events, trade shows, and promotions.
* Report on team activities, results, and market insights.
* Ensure team compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
*Skills* * Proven work experience as a Brand Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role * Understanding of the retail sales process * Familiarity with consumer behavior principles * Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures * Basic math skills * Track record of achieving sales quotas * Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships * Flexibility to work various shifts * High school degree * BS in Marketing or related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
