The Business Account Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of business members who require financial services and products to meet their needs.
In addition to being the primary point of contact and key relationship manager for the member, the Business Account Specialist is accountable for prospecting new business and retaining and strengthening existing relationships.
The Business Account Specialist analyzes the member's financial and operating strategies and recommends alternative or additional financial services to best meet the member's immediate and long-term personal and business needs, which include the following: -Member facing Interactions -High level of communication through various media forms.
