Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for a Local Marketing Coordinator.
Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to accommodate 37-40 hours per week.
Hours may vary based on local events.
Responsibilities: Manage marketing for Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Grand Rapids, Portage and Holland - with the possibility of additional West Michigan locations in the future Schedule and maintain our social media calendar Create and gather unique content for social media Manage several social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Implement influencer campaigns and collaborations within the community Brainstorm new ideas to implement for new marketing campaigns Plan and lead several in-school events throughout the year Have an understanding of our digital ad strategy, sales funnels and the customer journey Attend local events in our communities Requirements: Positive attitude and creative mindset Understanding of various social media platforms Ability to multitask Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong time management skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven work experience in marketing or social media Proven work experience with graphic design softwares Proven work experience with social media platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline Benefits: Competitive Salary 401K and Matching Program Health Insurance Life Insurance Cell phone/gym reimbursement Paid Time Off Employee Family Swim Lesson Discount
