Part Time Sales Associate

*Essential Job Responsibilities:* * *Sales* * Adheres to all corporate Sales and Customer Service programs and ensures customer satisfaction.
* Actively supports the store in complying with and conducting contests and promotions.
* *Operations* * Maintains and controls all expenses to ensure store profitability.
Makes all Associates partner in cost savings measures.
* Protects all corporate assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines.
* Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
* Provides for a well maintained, clean, and organized store to support efficient operations and a pleasant shopping environment.
* *Merchandising and Marketing* * Effectively merchandises store in accordance with corporate communications.
* Strives to continually increase personal product knowledge.
*Qualifications*: * The candidate should possess one year of prior retail experience, but isn't required * The candidate must possess professional and customer service skills and attributes.
* The candidate must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
