Agent Trainee

Job Description As an Agent Trainee, you will embark on an exciting career in the insurance industry with the support and guidance of our experienced team.
This entry-level position is designed to provide you with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to become a successful Insurance Agent.
You will play a critical role in building relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and helping them find the right coverage.
Salary: $40000.

Conduct policy reviews and provide ongoing support to existing clients.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
