You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent and on-going contact with key decision makers for commercial properties, third party administrators, and other organizations that can lead to quality referrals.

Position Type: Full Time, Mid-Level
Remote Explanation: You will be provided with a company vehicle and iPhone to use while in the field 90% of the work week and are expected to report to the office as communicated by management.
Incentives: Eligible for commission agreed upon at time of hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM; Flexible
Core Responsibilities:
Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
Generate and secure business referral opportunities and new restoration projects.
Maintain CRM and regular contact with existing customers via phone or in-person
Manage account services through quality checks, audits and other follow ups.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
Develop and maintain marketing materials and current product knowledge.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
2-4 years of demonstrated relationship selling experience is preferred.
Proven history of meeting sales targets and boosting profitability
Strong Territory Account Executive networks within various construction organizations
Excellent communication and active listening skillset.
