* *Process Design and Development:*
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes.
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new processes.
* Create detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control plans.
* *Continuous Improvement:*
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
* Analyze existing processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
* Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other relevant methodologies.
* *Equipment and Technology Integration:*
* Evaluate and select equipment and technologies to support efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source appropriate equipment.
* Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
* *Quality Assurance:*
* Work closely with quality control and assurance teams to ensure that processes meet regulatory standards and product specifications.
* Develop and implement quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product quality.
* *Data Analysis:*
* Collect and analyze data related to process performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* *Safety Compliance:*
* Ensure that processes comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
* Implement safety measures and protocols to minimize risks associated with manufacturing processes.
* *Training and Documentation:*
* Provide training to production personnel on new processes and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, changes, and improvements.
* *Requirements*
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Paper Engineering (Preferred) or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies.
* Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
* Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
* Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on process improvements and project status.
* Green Belt / Lean Manufacturing Certifications (Preferred).
* Project Management / Capital Project Management Experience (Preferred).
* Web Handling Experience (Preferred).

Pay: $75,000.
