Apartment Maintenance Technician

Come join the best management Team in Kalamazoo! *Work with Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech to complete the following:* - daily scouring of property for trash and debris - resident work orders - clogged drains, leaking faucets, fix door handles, install appliances, paint, install lighting, etc - get units ready for new move ins - ensure every inch of the apartment has been inspected and go above and beyond so our new resident steps in to their perfect home.
- help set up resident events on occasion.
- some on call spread between Maintenance Supervisor and other Maintenance Tech *Requirements:* *- must live within a 30 minute drive to Oshtemo* *- 2+ years of maintenance/construction experience* *- clean driving record and background check* *- ability to pass a drug test* *- ability to lift 100 lbs* *- have own basic tools* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
